Intellectual Property Rights Policy

At File Portables, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Upon receipt, we will review and, if deemed necessary, remove the reported content from our site.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

    • “I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright allegedly infringed.”

  5. Legal Name and Signature:

    • Include your full legal name and electronic signature.

  6. Submit Your DMCA Notice:

    • Send the above information to walffff2(at)gmail(dot)com.

How to File a DMCA Counter Notification

If you believe that the material was mistakenly removed or misidentified, you may submit a DMCA Counter Notification as outlined in Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.

Counter Notification Requirements:

  1. Identification of the Blocked Material:

    • Specify the File Portables page or material that was removed or blocked.

  2. Your Contact Information:

    • Include your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
    • Add a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your local district and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

  3. Good Faith Statement:

    • “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was blocked as a result of a mistake or misidentification.”

  4. Legal Name and Signature:

    • Provide your full legal name and electronic signature.

  5. Submit Your Counter Notification:

    • Email the above information to walffff2(at)gmail(dot)com with “DMCA Counter Notification” as the subject.

Response Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review and respond to your request. Directing your complaint to unrelated parties (e.g., our Internet Service Provider) will not expedite processing and may cause delays.
